<p>N&aring; har imidlertid Mattilsynet lagt ut Mat p&aring; Data 5.0 p&aring; nettet til gratis nedlasting og bruk. Dette programmet har en helt ny og oppdatert matvaredatabase.</p>
<p>Dette<span id="stop"></span> programmet ble tidligere solgt av Landsforeningen for Kosthold og Helse, men er n&aring; gjort gratis og tilgjengelig for oss alle ved at Mattilsynet har overtatt ansvaret for dette programmet</p>

			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>Legger ut en liste over tips til hvordan man kan f&oslash;lge et slikt kosthold uten at det n&oslash;dvendigvis f&oslash;rer til at man blakker seg helt p&aring; maten&#8230; </p>
<p>Kom gjerne med flere tips etter hvert som dere kommer p&aring; dem!!!</p>
<p><font color="#000000"><font face="Verdana">Et optimalt lavkarbokosthold er faktisk ikke s&aring; dyrt som man i f&oslash;rste omgang tror, og her er hvorfor&#8230;</p>
<p>- Jeg spiser mye egg, og kj&oslash;per medium egg, da det ikke er store forskjellen mellom plommene, men i eggehviten, dvs proteinet i eggene som utgj&oslash;r forskjellen. Handler du dem p&aring; OBS, ja s&aring;<span id="stop"></span> koster de kr 1,- pr stk, p&aring; Lidl 1,32 pr stk og p&aring; Prix 1,36 pr stk.</p>
<p>- Jeg kaster ikke eggehvitene, de bruker jeg i delfiakaka, kokospannekakene eller jeg bruker dem til mine to sm&aring;&#8230;</p>
<p>- Du kan bruker Lindbergbr&oslash;d, og tynne skiver&#8230; s&aring; et br&oslash;d vil vare ca en uke f&oslash;r du m&aring; kj&oslash;pe nytt..</p>
<p>- Jeg spiser mye meierism&oslash;r, og det koster noe s&aring;nt som 34,- pr kilo, noe som ikke er s&aring; dyrt.</p>
<p>- Pean&oslash;ttsm&oslash;r lager jeg selv av en pose Polly pean&oslash;tter som jeg har i en bolle sammen med litt fett, og moser det med stavmikseren til det er skikkelig crunchy&#8230; sabla godt og billig&#8230;og uten druesukker, d&aring;rlige oljer og E- stoffer er det og&#8230;</p>
<p>- Jeg bruker mere Creme Fraiche enn r&oslash;mme, og sparer ca 3,- pr beger jeg bruker.</p>
<p>- Jeg kj&oslash;per stor pakning med fl&oslash;te, og heller restene p&aring; isposer n&aring;r det n&aelig;rmer seg forbruksdato&#8230; fl&oslash;tebitene passer utmerket i supper og sauser, og tilsvarer ca 1 &#8211; 1,5 ss pr terning&#8230; &oslash;konomisk n&aring;r man m&aring; tenke p&aring; forbruket. Jeg bruker &aring; lukke posene med klips, for da kan jeg bare helle i mere neste gang jeg f&aring;r fl&oslash;te til overs f&oslash;r den g&aring;r ut p&aring; dato&#8230;.</p>
<p>- Du kan bruke gr&oslash;nnsaker som du er vant til, men i litt mindre kvanta&#8230; vi spiser ikke 1 kilo frukt om dagen, da DET er sviindyrt det!!!</p>
<p>- Ofte bruker jeg gul l&oslash;k (mye billigere enn r&oslash;dl&oslash;k) surret i mye sm&oslash;r med krydder som tilbeh&oslash;r&#8230; ikke akkurat dyrt det heller vil jeg si&#8230;</p>
<p>- Kj&oslash;per du fryste svinekoteletter eller nakkekoteletter, ja s&aring; koster det deg 29,90 pr kilo p&aring; Rema og de andre lavprisbutikkene&#8230; og med det rette tilbeh&oslash;ret, jha s&aring; varer det lenge&#8230;. husk du blir mett som bare f&#8230; p&aring; fettet, og klarer ikke lenger &aring; stappe innp&aring; med kotelett etter kotelett&#8230;</p>
<p>- Kj&oslash;ttdeig til 57 kr kiloen bruker vi ogs&aring; en del som hamburgere, kebabkj&oslash;tt, taco etc&#8230; det er bare &aring; bruke litt mere creme fraiche, r&oslash;mme, ost ol for &aring; f&aring; opp fettinntaket&#8230;</font></font><font face="Verdana"></p>
<p><font color="#000000">- Familieribbe og tynribbe til 29,90 kan skj&aelig;res opp i tynne skiver og brukes som grillribbe i stekepanna&#8230;mmm</p>
<p>- P&aring; Rema har de bacon i biter fra en dansk produsent, Tulip, i ett- kilospakninger i frysedisken til kr 79,- pr kilo. Har disse i en Ziplock pose, og tar et par never (80-100 gr) som jeg bruner i panna sammen med en 30 gram sm&oslash;r f&oslash;r jeg har i 1 helt egg + 1 eggeplomme. Alt dette har jeg over ei skive OE br&oslash;d med sm&oslash;r&#8230; det er en mettende frokost det&#8230; og rask &aring; lage!!! (du kan evt bruke Lindbergbr&oslash;d om du ikke vil bake OE br&oslash;d selv&#8230;)</p>
<p>- Og s&aring; kan du lage &quot;medisterkaker&quot; av familiedeig, som ikke koster mer enn vanlig kj&oslash;ttdeig p&aring; Rema&#8230;</p>
<p>- Har du problemer med &aring; spise fettranden p&aring; kotelettene, ja s&aring; velg nakkekoteletter, da disse er skikkeling marmorisert med fettet slik at du ikke merker det, men smaken&#8230;.ja&#8230; </p>
<p>- For ikke snakk om sausen du lager av sjyen fra panna og Creme fraiche, salt, pepper og noen f&aring; oppdelte sjampinjonger som trekker til seg smaken&#8230;. helt konge&#8230; sp&oslash;r du meg&#8230; </font></p>
<p><font color="#000000">- Ost p&aring; OBS koster rundt 40,- pr kilo, s&aring; man kan <i>nesten</i> spise 2 kilo for prisen av 1 kilo Norvegia fra Rema..</p>
<p>- Vi drikker vann, kaffe og te til det meste, og litt brus i helgene&#8230; ofte bruker jeg en del kremfl&oslash;te i kaffen og teen for &aring; f&aring; opp fettandelen&#8230;</p>
<p>- Snacks er pean&oslash;tter i skall, delfiakake, ost, 70% sjokolade, baconcrisp med r&oslash;mmedipp, hjemmelaget osv&#8230;</font></font></p>

<p>Den andre typen, &quot;beta-hydroxybutyric acid (HBA)&quot;, oppdages ikke p&aring; ketostixene, ei heller kjenner man dem p&aring; pusten. Det er derfor mange som egentlig er i ketose, men som aldri f&aring;r utslag p&aring; stixene, rett og slett fordi denne typen ketonlegemer ikke kan p&aring;vises ved hjelp av ketostix&#8230;</p>
<p>Hadde man inidlertid tatt en blodpr&oslash;ve, ja s&aring; ville man ha kunnet p&aring;vise dem uten noe som helst problem&#8230;</p>
<p>S&aring; i fare for &aring; ta fra apoteker og andre en del av inntjeningen, s&aring; anbefaler jeg ingen &aring; bruke disse stixene, i og med at de kun kan p&aring;vise &quot;acetoacetic acid&quot; og acetonlegemer, som bare utgj&oslash;r 1/5 av ketonlegemene&#8230;</p>
<p>Spar heller pengene, og bruk dem p&aring; noe mere nyttig!!!</p>

<p>Men kroppen trenger ikke tilf&oslash;rt s&aring; mye protein som enkelte kostholdseksperter har hevdet, da det normale &quot;gjenbruket&quot; av frigjorte aminosyrer fra eksisterende proteiner i kroppen er p&aring; 75 til 80% i danelsen av nye proteiner i kroppen (proteinsyntesen).</p>
<p>Det netto tapet av<span id="stop"></span> proteiner i kroppen er derfor ikke mere enn gjennomsnittlig 30 til 40 gram pr. dag, men dette er avhengig av alder, kj&oslash;nn og aktivitetsniv&aring;.</p>
<p>Om man s&aring; spiser mere proteiner enn det kroppen har bruk for som byggesteiner, s&aring; vil de n&oslash;dvendigvis bli omdannet til glukose gjennom glukogenese bl.a. i levra, og nettop denne glukosen har samme effekt og funksjon p&aring; kroppen som glukosen fra karbohydrater har&#8230; </p>
<p>Her er det nok forklaringen p&aring; hvorfor mange som tidligere har pr&oslash;vd s&aring;kalte proteinkurer ikke har oppn&aring;dd det vekttapet og kroppsendringene som de s&aring; gjerne skulle ha hatt&#8230;</p>
